We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Perishable items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Contact us at sorteat4@gmail.com with your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Opened perishable products, items damaged due to customer mishandling, and orders placed more than 7 days ago are not eligible for returns.
